Breve accomodamento al tavolo con un pò di conversazione. Mi presento, chiedo del tavolo e offro dell’acqua. Descrivo le acqua che abbiamo in carta (Voss, Panna, Apollinaris, Ty Nant e Strathmore) e poi chiedo dello spumante. Niente nada nichts, niente bollicine da stappare e niente scena da fare…

E quindi ho buttato circa 70 euro di bottiglie di spumante aperte per prova inutilmente ( o meglio non proprio, adesso riesco perfettamente ad aprire tutte le bottiglie con le bolle senza il botto e fino a Trieste invece era il mio marchio di fabbrica!).
